1. General terms
Welcome to Vymbol’s online store. When you order products from Vymbol AS (org. No 922 216 231) these terms and conditions apply, granted that no other conditions have been agreed.
2. Order, confirmation & availability
When your order is processed and approved, we will send an order confirmation to the email you have provided. Please save your order confirmation as reference when contacting Customer Service. Please note that the order confirmation is no guarantee that the products are in stock.
3. Delivery time
The order is shipped within 1-4 business days. The shipping time depends on the location of the buyer. If a product is out of stock, the delivery time can be extended. We reserve the right of being out of stock.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. Stripe is one of the leading payment service providers allowing transactions to be processed securely through our website.
The delivery time is normally 3-14 working days but depends on country.

Return Policy as a customer in the EU, you have the right to undo your purchase for valid receipt within 14 days of receiving your products. As a customer outside of the EU, you are entitled to cancel your purchase against valid receipt within 30 calendar days of receipt of your goods.
Please return the product in the condition it was received, and please detail the damage or fault and you will get a new product within 2-3 weeks. Please return the item along with payment confirmation. Please let us know the reason for the return.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have received your return. We will refund your payment (excluding any shipping costs) as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day we received the product back.
For international returned products, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. Please note that any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
We guarantee that the products you have ordered from Vymbol are in excellent condition on delivery. If yet you receive a defective product, please contact customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products you must contact customer service to get the return approved.
8. Unclaimed packages
For packages that are delivered and not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping, freight, and additional administrative costs.
9. Pre-ordered products
Pre-order payments are processed immediately, and the order is dispatched as soon as it is available. You may cancel your pre-order at any time up until dispatch and receive a full refund. Once the pre-order has been dispatched, please follow the return procedure.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and aim to give excellent customer service. If, however, you feel this has not been the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
10. Force Majeure
Vymbol will be exempt from liability for delays, damages and other penalties caused by unusual circumstances beyond Vymbol’s control, e.g. new/amended legislation, strikes, civil unrest, natural catastrophes, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.
11. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Vymbol. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Vymbol.
Consumer purchases are governed by Norwegian Law. You must be 18 years of age to shop at vymbol.com
13. Change in terms
Vymbol reserves the right to change the current terms, due to changes in the law.
